Exterior Painting

about this project

This rental home renovation in Manor, TX focused on delivering a clean, modern update while staying budget-conscious—perfect for preparing the property for new tenants.

Our work began by removing all outdated laminate and linoleum flooring. We gutted and prepped the subfloor before installing durable, budget-friendly tile throughout the home, finished with a dark gray “Pewter” grout for a stylish contrast.

We then replaced all the old baseboards with modern, clean-lined trim to enhance the updated flooring. While the old blinds had already been removed before our arrival, we installed new, budget-friendly blinds from Home Depot to complete the window treatments.

Outside, we addressed a collapsing fence by removing it entirely and installing a brand-new, secure exterior fence to restore the home’s structure and curb appeal.

For the interior, we completed a full top-to-bottom paint job using Sherwin Williams Accessible Beige on the walls, paired with Sherwin Williams Extra White on all trim and doors for a fresh, modern contrast.

We wrapped up the project with a detailed deep cleaning to ensure the home was completely photo-ready and move-in ready—ideal for listing and showing to potential tenants.
