We stand behind our service. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, please call us within 24 hours. We will do everything we can to meet your expectations.

We don't require any contracts to book a cleaning service with us. However, we do ask that if you have to cancel or reschedule you give us at least a 48 hours notice. If you cancel or reschedule after the 48 hours and still wish to book with us again in the future, there is a $30 cancellation fee. 

Please note, if you cancel on the same day of service (unless an emergency permits) we will be unable to rebook your appointment with us.

Our satisfaction guarantee ensures that if you call us within 24 hours of your service with any issues, we will send a member of our team to go back and resolve the issue for no additional cost!

In an effort to keep our planet green, we use microfiber towels instead of paper towels. Microfiber works extremely well asa cleaner without added chemicals and allows us to use less product while still doing an awesome job of cleaning. We also use refillable product bottles to reduce waste for landfills.

Not necessarily, it's completely up to you! If you prefer to not be home and as long as you have a way to let our team in, then thats completely fine with us! However, if it makes you feel more comfortable we welcome you to stay and watch what we do. All of our house cleaning employees are trustworthy and friendly. 

No, at Guevara Painting & Cleaning Services we bring all of the cleaning products and equipment that we will need for your cleaning! Our staff is fully trained on what product to use on every surface. 

Please remove and store any items that may delay our cleaning personnel in the cleaning of your home. This will maximize efficiency and minimize the time we spend cleaning your home. Also, please put away high valued possessions. Although we are bonded and insured, we want to ensure all possessions are safe while our cleaning team is there. 

We offer in home, over the phone, and online estimates. All estimates are free and hold no obligation. While we are dedicated to keep all homes within our flat-rate pricing; homes that are extra dirty or require significant time to complete, may incur additional charges over the flat-rate fee.

We require a credit card to be on file prior to any cleaning. Once you book, a team member will reach out to you to get credit card information. Unfortunately, we don't accept cash, check, or any other form of payment.
